Our MS education sessions cover a wide bmreadth of topics and can be accessed at face-to-face events, over the phone or via webinars in the comfort of your own home. You can also view recordings of some of our previous sessions and handouts.

Keeping fit and healthy is a vital part of managing the symptoms of a chronic illness such as multiple sclerosis. Exercise and nutrition are important to consider.
4 Managing symptoms
Learn about different strategies to manage specific multiple sclerosis symptoms, including fatigue, cognitive change, intimacy, bladder and bowel issues.
5 Practical advice
Get practical real world advice on matters such as working with multiple sclerosis, financial issues, entitlements, travel and legal advice.
6 Health professionals
These sessions are designed to assist health professionals and community service providers who are supporting people living with multiple sclerosis.

We are committed to building capacity in the health and community care system to provide appropriate support, care and treatment for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders.
