Telephone Interpreter Service

Interpreters are available to help you access information about our services, and to assist with phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

You can access the national Translating and Interpreting Service for the cost of a local call:

  1. Call Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50
  2. Request your language
  3. Hold the line for an interpreter
  4. Ask the interpreter to contact MS Connect (Freecall 1800 042 138)
  5. The interpreter and an MS Connect specialist will talk to you together on the same phone line.

Alternatively, you can phone MS Connect (Freecall 1800 042 138) and ask to be called back with an interpreter who speaks your language.
