The benefits of telehealth and how you can access it

Even if you can't see us face-to-face, our team is still here to support you via telehealth – a safe way to receive a quality service during restrictions. All you need is a phone or computer to access support this way.

All our services, except for Respite and Residential, can be accessed via telehealth. We modify some services, like Physio or Exercise Physiology, but we can still reach your goals in different ways.

It’s important to keep up all your appointments so you can keep living well with MS.

At a telehealth appointment, our team can consult with you via phone, videocall or email to assess your needs, create a personalised program to support your health, write supporting letters to help you access the NDIS, or prepare any other documents requested by you or by your health professionals.
