Blueberry smoothie dessert


  • 2 small ripe bananas, peeled
  • 225g (8oz) blueberries
  • approx 290ml orange juice
  • ground linseed
  • low fat yoghurt


  1. Place the bananas, blueberries, ground linseed and orange juice in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blueberry smoothie to two dessert style serving bowls and sprinkle with the reserved blueberries.
  3. Add low fat yoghurt.
