Kale smoothie


  • 4 chopped kale leaves
  • 1 cup soy, almond, rice or oat milk
  • 2tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries


  1. Add kale, milk, flaxseed meal and vanilla to your blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add in bananas, orange and frozen blueberries, and blend until smooth.
