Lightly toasted nut balls


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw pepitas
  • ½ cup raw hazelnut
  • ½ cup raw sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup raw honey
  • ¾ cup tahini


  1. Chop all the nuts finely or grind in a processor. 
  2. Place nuts on a tray in a moderate oven and roast for 10 minutes, turning frequently.  Remove from oven and add coconut to nut mixture.
  3. Combine honey and tahini together and add to nuts. 
  4. Add more tahini if the mixture is still a little crumbly. 
  5. Roll into balls and roll in extra coconut.
