Mango smoothie


  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, stoned and rough diced
  • 375g strawberries, hulled
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 600ml almond / soy/ rice milk
  • 12 ice cubes


  1. Place the mango and strawberries in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Add the banana, rice milk and ice cubes.
  3. Whizz everything until smooth and serve immediately.
