eBooksMS currently has a virtual library of 35 eBooks. An eBook is an electronic book which is a book publication made available in digital form, consisting of text, images, or both, readable on the flat-panel display of computers or other electronic devices. 

Current titles will be of interest to people living with multiple sclerosis as well as to health professionals. Heath professionals can access the eBook catalogue if they have registered for any of the MS professional development programs.

Titles of interest to people living with multiple sclerosis include:

  • Navigating Life with multiple sclerosis

    ​The book tackles many of the common symptoms experienced by the person with MS and looks into the future to explore where research is headed. If you are newly diagnosed or have been living with MS for years, this book is an invaluable guide.

  • Inspire me Well: Finding motivation to Take Control of your Health

    Spread throughout the book are tips and suggestions based on the latest research from an exercise and behaviour change expert and a registered dietitian, who encourage readers to take action.
