Telehealth is a safe and convenient way to receive a quality service
Even if you can't see us face-to-face – you are not alone. Our services can be provided via telehealth.
Whether you’re limited by covid restrictions, don’t live near our offices or would just prefer to stay home, you can still access a quality service.
How telehealth works
Telehealth consultations provide a personal experience with a health professional or team member from the comfort of your own home. The technology we use is secure and your privacy is always protected.
All you need is a phone or a computer to access support this way.
In a telehealth appointment, our team members can:
- Consult with you via phone, videocall or email
- Provide an initial consultation and assessment of your needs
- Create a personalised program to support your health
- Write supporting letters to help you access the NDIS and prepare any other documents requested by you or your health professionals.
What services are accessible via telehealth
All our services, except for Respite and Residential, can be accessed via telehealth. We modify some services, like Physio or Exercise Physiology, but we can still reach your goals in different ways.
It’s important to keep up all your appointments so you can keep living well with MS.
